BL 49 Acupuncture Point Location:
On the back, 3.0 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra.

Notes:
BL 49 is the outer Back-Shu of the Spleen. Its special feature is that it helps treat the psychological/spiritual aspect of the Spleen. Therefore, it can be used to treat memory, over-thinking, or obsessive thinking.
