GB 30 Acupuncture Point

Gallbladder 30, Abbreviated as GB 30, Transliterated Huantiao in Chinese, Jumping Circle in English.

GB 30 Acupuncture Point Location:

On the lateral side of the buttocks, when the patient is in the lateral recumbent position and the thigh is flexed, this point is at the junction of the lateral 1/3 and medial 1/3 of the line connecting the greater trochanter and the hiatus of the sacrum.

GB 30 Acupuncture Point Indications:

  • Weakness, numbness and pain of the lower extremities
  • Pain of the lumbar and leg, hemiplegia

GB 30 Acupuncture Point Benefits:
