Governing Vessel 14, Abbreviated as GV 14, also known as DU 14, Transliterated Dazhui in Chinese, Great Vertebra in English.

GV 14 Acupuncture Point Location:

On the posterior median line, in the depression below the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra.

GV 14 Acupuncture Point Indications:

  • Febrile disease, malaria, hectic fever, and night sweats
  • Aversion to cold, common cold, redness, swelling and pain of the eye, neck rigidity and pain
  • Epilepsy
  • Cough

GV 14 Acupuncture Point Benefits:
