Governing Vessel 20, Abbreviated as GV 20, also known as DU 20, Transliterated Baihui in Chinese, One Hundred Meetings in English.

GV 20 Acupuncture Point Location:

On the head, 5.0 cun directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline. Or, at the midpoint of the line connecting the apexes of the two auricles.

GV 20 Acupuncture Point Indications:

  • Vertigo, dizziness
  • Coma, apoplexy, hemiplegia, aphasia
  • Prolapse of rectum, prolapse of uterus
  • Manic psychosis, insomnia
