Si 2 Acupuncture Point

Small intestine 2, Abbreviated as Si 2, Transliterated Qiangu in Chinese, Front Valley in English.

Si 2 Acupuncture Point Location:

When a loose fist is made, the point is on the ulnar aspect of the hand, distal to the 5th metacarpophalangeal joint, at the end of the transverse crease of the metacarpophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.

Si 2 Acupuncture Point Indications:

  • Numbness of the fingers
  • Fever, headache, tinnitus
  • Scanty, dark urine

Si 2 Acupuncture Point Benefits:

Clears Heat, activates the meridian.
